CONDITIONS
The stucco siding was very old, dirty and faded with numerous hairline cracks. The wooden Tudor trim was rotten in several places.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT
- Preparation – We sprayed the stucco siding with one thick coat of Sherwin Williams Loxon XP Water Proofing Masonry Coating, and painted the trim, after the necessary carpentry repairs, with Sherwin Williams Duration Exterior Paint.
- Painting – In order to reach the highest point, the crew had to use a lift. In order to move over grass, the lift had to be equipped with special “turf tires”.
PROJECT TIMELINE – May 2021. The project only lasted five days for our team of professional painters.
