2025 Residential Painter of the Year

We are excited to share with you that our Residential Interior Painting Supervisor, Jim Kmiec received the 2025 Residential Painter of the Year award at our Annual Conference earlier this month. We are so proud of Jim!

About Jim

Jim started with CertaPro Painters on April 15, 2002. He has had a 23-year career with CertaPro Painters and has developed a reputation with our customers for excellence in detailed workmanship, customer service and problem solving.

Jim is a master craftsman who specializes in kitchen and bathroom cabinet painting, along with trim and staircases painting conversations. He can offer cost effective solutions with difficult painting issues.

As our Interior job site supervisor, he oversees the workmanship at interior jobs and the training of new hires and ongoing education.

Jim has left a mark of excellence on the painting industry.
