Complete Office Renovation in Howe, IN
This medical office in Howe Indiana was old and in desperate need of repairs. CertaPro Painters® was working on a deadline to get this place tidy and clean before employees were set to enter the building. Even with a tight timeline and a couple of unforeseen setbacks, CertaPro managed to complete the project on time and revamp this facility for the employees of Lennard AG.

CHALLENGES:Wallpaper Removal is normally an easy process, but this time was different. After the first layer of commercial wallpaper was removed, we discovered a layer of residential wallpaper underneath! Normally this would be a small quirk, but this project was on a deadline!
Other specialists were also in the building. Our team of painters had to work around the electricians and other specialists in the facility. In fact, we operated on a strict deadline so that the carpet people could come in after our painting was completed.
Expertise was essential to making this job a success. In order to avoid disrupting the other specialists, we set our best and most experienced painters to work on the project. Whether they’re sanding or skimming, CertaPro professionals take care of business!
CONDITIONS:
Multiple Wallpapers – Rather than a simple steam and strip, this project required a deep and thorough walk through the property.
Aged Walls – The project required drywall repair, skimming, and sanding in order to prepare the walls for a proper paintjob.
Obstructions – CertaPro Painters had to take extra care not to obstruct or effect the work of other specialists on the premises.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
Steamers – Considering the strict deadline and multiple layers of wallpaper, this was vital to staying on schedule
Drywall Repairs – The CertaPro team did tons of drywall work, patching each and every room before skim coating to create smooth walls for painting
Festool Sander – CertaPro always has the best equipment for the job.
Painting – When preparation was complete, we finished things up with a pure white finish.
