Description of Project:This home was built in 2012 and had never been repainted. The original sheen had entirely faded, and noticeable chalking had occurred.
Opting to adhere to the HOA-approved scheme, the homeowner chose different colors for the repainting. Once the project was finished, the transformation was astonishing—the house looked completely different, hardly recognizable as the same home!
