For the past three summers, our team of local painters have refreshed the exterior of these beautiful townhomes in the Fort Collins service area. When you own a townhome or other commercial housing complex, it is imperative to invest in routine maintenance like exterior painting services. About the Project
Over the course of this commercial painting project, our painters completed a full exterior repaint of multiple townhome buildings. The substrates that we worked on included clapboard siding, all trim, gutters and downspouts, metal staircases, doors, and carports.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT
This painting project included extensive masking to protect vinyl windows, brick, and any other excluded surfaces. Our painting contractors always pay special attention to detail. This way we can guarantee your satisfaction with our professional painting services.
We also maintained a smooth coordination and production process throughout the entire project in conjunction with the sandblasting company the owners had working on their metal exterior staircases. We applied a rust-inhibiting primer, followed by a premium grade industrial urethane coating.
SPECIAL CHALLENGES
This project also involved repainting all window trim after subsequent hail storms required full window replacement. Significant caulking and puttying was utilized to ensure tight seals and no moisture or leaking.
