Commercial Townhome Case Study

We were called out to complete a full exterior repaint of three very large multi-unit townhome buildings. These units are located in Greeley, CO and we completed this project during the summer of 2019 and 2020. Check out more details about this commercial painting project below.

About the Project

We refreshed the exterior of three very large multi-unit townhome buildings at this townhome complex in Greeley, CO. Our team of painters completed custom color matches on all existing colors, including on their stucco exteriors.

PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:

Our painting contractors also completed stucco repairs regarding cracking and settling issues. We included this work in our process to make everything easier on the HOA management team and their residents. Our team worked hand-in-hand with the contractor who sandblasted their rusted metal staircases. We then utilized a high grade industrial coating after all that preparation was completed. This allows for longevity and corrosion resistance along the staircases at the townhomes.

SPECIAL CHALLENGES

We utilized a 60′ boom lift to access high peaks without damaging the nice landscaping surrounding each building. Our staff also coordinated with dozens of residents to get access to their front doors so that we could paint the areas behind their weather stripping.

 PROJECT TIMELINE

The project took two weeks to complete.
