About the Project:
This project was a full exterior repaint of a Red Lobster restaurant next to the Cheyenne Regional Airport.
The Facility:
This particular facility had been poorly primed during previous maintenance by another company causing the paint to bubble away from most surfaces and there were many areas of rotting siding and trim. Our crews came in and replaced rotten siding and trim, power-washed, scraped away all peeling paint, primed, scraped a second time, primed again and painted two coats of paint for a complete color change.
Project Involvement:
This project involved significant light carpentry/siding and trim replacement, power wash, scraping, priming and painting.
Special Challenges:
Due to high winds and poor weather conditions, this project took two weeks to complete.
