CertaPro Painters® of Fort Collins updated the interior of this downtown, high-end, Class A office space in the heart of Fort Collins. Several separate renovations were happening concurrently, so the team worked around a tight schedule to bring the customer`s desired look to life. The overall project involved interior painting as well as drywall renovations.
In the end, the client was thrilled with the bright, airy and modern feel introduced by CertaPro Painters® of Fort Collins. They were also extremely happy that the team was able to complete the project on time and with no disruptions to employees during working hours.
About the Project
The managers of this Fort Collins downtown office wanted to restore the high end look of their space. CertaPro® Painters Fort Collins was awarded the contract based on their excellent reputation, ability to work within time constraints, and their vast experience completing commercial painting projects in Fort Collins and throughout Northern Colorado.
CONDITION:
This large office was in the midst of a general renovation which left drywall damage, as well as scuffs and marks in places where dry erase boards had previously been mounted. Extensive prep work was required before painting could even begin.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
The CertaPro Painters® team worked out a schedule in advance with office managers to ensure there was minimal disruption to business activities. This included working after hours. Extreme cleanliness was required throughout the project, particularly while repairing and patching drywall.
PROJECT TIMELINE
The project spanned two weeks, including several starts and stops within that time frame to allow for business activities and other contractors’ work.
