Lodge – Exterior Painting Project
Commercial Case Study
During the summer of 2019 our team of professional painters were called out to a lovely lodge in the Fort Collins, CO community. They were in need of a complete exterior refresh. From painting to staining, our painting contractors were able to make this lodge look like new. You can learn more about this exciting commercial painting service below.
About the Project
Our painting team completed a full exterior repaint including all substrates at the lodge. We stained large wood columns, and utilized industrial direct-to-metal coating on metal gates for better adhesion and longevity. This was in addition to the full exterior painting service.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
During this commercial project we completed custom color matches of all substrates. We also provided official draw-down records to HOA management for better record-keeping. One of the more unique aspects of this commercial painting service involved removing dozens of unused satellite dishes and repairing each of the holes.
SPECIAL CHALLENGES
We spearheaded all aspects of communication and coordination with residents around power washing, painting schedules, and front door access. During this project we replaced a large volume of garage doors seals. We also provided a one-stop-shop solution for the community to make this entire project and process smoother and easier for everyone involved.
PROJECT TIMELINE
The project took 2.5 weeks to complete.
