Professional Exterior Carpentry & Painting Makeover

Project: CertaPro Painters® of Lewisville/Flower Mound, TX recently completed an exterior project for homeowners in Hickory Creek, TX. The property had significant damage to its exterior boards, many of which were rotted and in need of replacement. The homeowners wanted not only to restore the structure but also refresh the look of their home with a new coat of paint.

Process:The project began with extensive carpentry work, as our team carefully replaced numerous damaged and rotted boards to ensure the home’s exterior was structurally sound and properly prepared for painting. Once the repairs were complete, we painted the exterior surfaces (excluding the brick) in a neutral tan shade. This new color added warmth and balance, while complementing the existing brick for a clean, cohesive appearance.

Result: In just three days, the home underwent a complete transformation. The fresh carpentry repairs restored durability and integrity to the exterior, while the new tan paint provided an updated and polished look.
