Shopping Center Stucco Refresh

Project: CertaPro Painters® of Lewisville/Flower Mound, TX was recently hired to complete a commercial painting project for a local shopping center in Garland, TX. The building’s stucco exterior was weathered and in need of maintenance. The property owners wanted to refresh the façade with a new color to give the center a clean, updated look and create a more inviting appearance for visitors.

Process: Our team began by power washing the entire stucco surface to remove dirt, buildup, and debris. We then performed light stucco repairs to ensure the exterior was smooth, sound, and ready for painting. To reach the second story of the building, we used a boom lift, allowing us to work safely and efficiently at height. Since the shopping center remained open during the project, our crew arrived early in the mornings to block off cars and minimize disruption to businesses and customers. Once prepared, we applied the new paint color evenly across the exterior, giving the property a modern and refreshed look.

Result:In just six days, the shopping center’s appearance was completely transformed. The fresh stucco repairs and updated paint color enhanced curb appeal and created a more polished, welcoming environment!
