Project: Avatar Equities, located in Lewisville, TX, reached out for a much-needed facelift for their shopping center that had not been painted or power washed in years.

Process: Updating this shopping center was an exciting opportunity to demonstrate our expertise and commitment to quality. The facility, while well-loved, hadn’t been painted or power washed in quite some time. To breathe new life into the premises, we initiated the project with a thorough power washing. Recognizing the scope of work, our innovative team addressed the unique challenge of no on-site water supply by introducing a portable water tank. Despite the project’s inherent challenges, our dedicated team diligently power washed the entire building and sidewalk, creating a pristine canvas for our subsequent work.

Post-power washing, our careful inspection revealed areas for improvement, and our expert team promptly tackled stucco repair, restoring both the aesthetics and structural integrity. Additionally, we enhanced the facility’s overall appearance by skillfully painting the metal awning, giving it a fresh and appealing look. The aging sidewalk also received our attention, with a fresh coat of paint not only improving its aesthetics but also bolstering safety for visitors.

Result: This comprehensive project spanned 12 days from start to finish. The end result was a remarkable transformation.
