From Blank Canvas to Bright Learning Hub

Project: CertaPro Painters® of Lewisville/Flower Mound, TX was contacted to transform the interior of the new Mathnasium facility located in Carrollton, TX.

Process: The scope of work included painting the walls and doors throughout the location using Behr Premium Plus paint. In the main room, we implemented a unique design by painting the upper half of the walls white and the lower half red, separated by two stripes—one black and one yellow. Additional work included painting the remaining walls, including bathrooms, closets, and the breakroom, in white, along with all doors and door jambs in black.

Challenges: The project presented several challenges. Firstly, we needed to perfectly match a paint color for a vinyl sticker that Mathnasium planned to affix to the wall. This required meticulous attention to detail to ensure that once the sticker was applied, it blended seamlessly into the painted wall. Secondly, painting the stripes posed its own difficulties, necessitating the use of special tape and a high level of hand-eye coordination to achieve clean lines.

Result: The project was completed successfully in August of 2024 and took 3 days to complete. The final result was a vibrant and engaging environment that aligned with Mathnasium’s branding, featuring well-defined stripes and perfectly matched colors that enhanced the overall aesthetics of the space. The client was pleased with the outcome, and it really transformed the overall look of this space!
