Cabin Rentals Exterior Painting

Project: CertaPro Painters® of Lewisville/Flower Mound, TX was contacted to refresh the exterior of a cabin rental property that had seen years of wear from the elements. The cabins’ exteriors were heavily faded and, due to improper sealing, were experiencing water intrusion. The property owner wanted to protect the structures while restoring a clean, well-maintained appearance that would appeal to guests.

Process: Our team began by thoroughly power washing all 20 cabins to remove dirt, mildew, and surface buildup. Once cleaned, we caulked all joints throughout the cabins to properly seal the exterior and help prevent future water intrusion. After prep work was complete, the cabins were painted to provide a refreshed, uniform look across the property.

Results: The entire project was completed over the course of three weeks without the need for special equipment. The updated exteriors not only improved curb appeal but also added an extra layer of protection to the cabins.
