From Weathered to Welcoming: A Patio Transformation

Project: CertaPro Painters^® of Lewisville, Richardson & Lake Highlands recently completed a commercial exterior project focused on refreshing an outdoor patio. The patio had become weathered and dirty from exposure to the elements and needed some attention to restore its appearance. The goal was to give the space a cleaner, more inviting look for customers and visitors to enjoy.

Process: Our team began by power washing the patio to remove built-up dirt and prepare the surfaces for painting. Since the patio was located at the back of the property, we used a water tank and over 250 feet of hose to reach the area and complete the power washing. Once the surfaces were properly cleaned and prepared, our team applied a fresh coat of paint to give the patio an updated appearance.

Result: In just three days, the patio received a much-needed refresh. The power washing and fresh paint helped transform the weathered, dirty space into a cleaner and more welcoming outdoor area. The result is an inviting patio where visitors can comfortably sit outside and enjoy their time.
