Exterior Restoration of a Commercial Business Center

Project: CertaPro Painters^® of Lewisville, Richardson & Lake Highlands was contracted to repaint Forest Green Business Park in Dallas, TX. The facility had not been painted in several years and showed significant signs of wear, including widespread cracking in the stucco siding and large areas of failing paint that required removal. The property owner wanted to restore a clean, professional appearance across the buildings while addressing underlying surface issues to ensure a longer-lasting finish.

Process: Our team began by power washing all exterior surfaces using a portable water trailer to ensure consistent cleaning throughout the property. Once the surfaces were prepped, we scraped away all loose and failing paint and completed detailed repairs by patching cracks in the stucco siding. With preparation complete, we applied a fresh new color scheme across all three buildings, carefully working around active entry points and maintaining safe access for tenants and visitors throughout the project.

Results: The project was completed over the course of 30 days while the business park remained fully operational with constant foot traffic. The refreshed exterior significantly improved the overall appearance of the property, while the repairs and new coating system helped protect the buildings from further deterioration and extend the life of the exterior surfaces.
