We are close to entering one of our busiest seasons of the year, once the weather starts to warm up we often quickly fill our production schedules with painting projects in the Northwest Arkansas service area. If you are considering having your home painted this year, now is a great time to set up an estimate appointment, get pricing, and square away dates for your project to begin.

Each year in spring we recommend home owners do an inspection of the exterior of their home. Take a close look at painted surfaces on the exterior and look for any of the following sings of wear:

  • Faded or muted colors
  • Peeling, cracking painted surfaces
  • A white residue left after rubbing a painted surface
  • Damaged exterior surfaces from winter weather

If you notice any of the above problems, or it has been more than 5 years since you had any exterior painting done, it may be time to have your home painted.
