Used CertaPro in the past and was pleased. This experience was even better! I can't say enough good things about the team: Ottis gave us a reasonable estimate and was thoughtful when he met with us in our home. Mary, in the office, was our "go to" person who was understanding and easy to work with. Miguel, our painter, was delightful - a real professional and courteous. Any home improvement is so much easier and pleasant when you're dealing with good people!
