Vinyl Siding in Rexdale
Having recently purchased a home in the Kipling Heights neighbourhood of Rexdale, a couple eager to update its exterior approached CertaPro Painters of Etobicoke to help identify and deliver the right painting solution for their situation.
Inherently modern in its design, the home’s style was to be brought fully into the 21st century by the addition of a new front picture window and carport pillar trim, and by repainting all house trim and vinyl siding from the existing off-white to a darker, more sophisticated and contemporary shade.
CertaPro consulted with the owners over a period of several weeks, during which time they considered various paint colour options from the Sherwin-Williams VinylSafe colour palette. Darker colours can cause vinyl siding exposed to direct sunlight to warp over time, so this product formulation allowed them to identify the optimal colour while retaining peace of mind that the work would stand the test of time.
The delighted reactions of the owners to the end result speak to the amazing improvement in the home’s exterior aesthetics – “We are thrilled with how it came out”, and “The house is beautiful, I love it.”
