Given the need to place ladders in the high traffic entrance to the store, the project had to be completed after store hours, taking place on a Sunday night and completed before Monday’s reopening.

Preparation consisted of the typical patching and smoothing of small holes and dents in surfaces to be painted, followed by thorough scuff sanding. Cleaning of the windowsills and platform area above the front entrance, which was clearly visible from the second level overlook, was also undertaken prior to painting these surfaces. Two coats of SuperPaint were then applied to the walls and baseboards in Trek’s updated store colour scheme.

The result has been a huge improvement in the customer’s aesthetic experience, shifting from the old yellow-cream and green to a medium and dark gray, and completely updating the space in line with the brand’s premium image.
