Job Overview: We were hired to paint this four-story condominium in the summer of 2020. We worked with the Community Manager and the HOA Board members.
Location: Columbia, MD
Condition of the facility/surfaces at the time work began: Condo had never had exterior painted. It had areas of paint fading, mold, dirt, loose and peeling paint.
Challenges: Due to the difficult access to the building we needed a 60′ articulating lift.
