How Much Does it Cost to Paint Soffits?
For an average 2-story home, it will cost between $2,500 – $3,500 to paint all soffits, fascia, gutters, and downspouts.
This includes all labor, paint, and supplies. We use Pro-Industrial Multi-Surface Acrylic from Sherwin Williams, the best paint in the market specifically engineered to provide high adhesion and good stain resistance. This product is self-priming, waterborne acrylic and can be applied to marginally clean surfaces.
We recommend customer replace any damaged gutters/eaves or downspouts before the painting is scheduled.
Our Process
CertaPro Painters will rinse, and wipe clean all the surfaces getting painted. After the washing the substrate will be left to dry for a few days. The day of the painting, the painters will mask off any areas not getting painted. The downspouts will be removed and sprayed on the lawn.
