What is your policy for bad weather conditions? When will you not paint?

CertaPro Painters of East Central Wisconsin closely monitors weather conditions and will make decisions about whether or not to paint based on a variety of factors. In general, we will not paint in the following weather conditions:

Rain or high humidity: Moisture can cause paint to not adhere properly, resulting in a poor finish. Additionally, wet paint can be easily damaged by rain or other weather conditions.

Extreme temperatures: Very hot or very cold temperatures can affect the performance of paint and cause it to dry too quickly or too slowly, resulting in a poor finish.

High winds: Strong winds can cause dust, debris, and other contaminants to stick to wet paint, resulting in an uneven finish.

If bad weather is expected, CertaPro Painters of East Central Wisconsin will work with customers to reschedule the painting project for a time when conditions are more favorable. We understand that weather conditions can be unpredictable, and will communicate with customers throughout the process to ensure that everyone is on the same page and that the project is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Deck Staining Project

How will my project be managed?

Most of our paint crews consist of 2 or more painters including a Job Site Supervisor (JSS). The JSS will be onsite during your entire project and will communicate updates with you daily, be able to answer questions, and make sure we are fulfilling all promises made in the contract. If you have any questions during your project, please contact any member of our team.

What if I wish to add on additional work that was not originally included?

If you decide to add on any additional work, please let your Job Site Supervisor or your Sales consultant know, and we will get you a price for the additional work as soon as possible. You will be asked to sign off on the “change order” by the Job Site Supervisor. The JSS will send this to your sales associate to update the proposal.
