Strategic use of a lift in the parking lot and careful coordination were necessary to ensure safety and minimize disruptions for tenants and patrons alike.

Due to the retail center’s high-traffic nature, the CertaPro team had to work around both pedestrian and vehicle activity. Using a lift to access the building while ensuring the safety of customers and tenants was critical. Additionally, coordinating product deliveries with the local Sherwin-Williams store was essential, as the size of the project required a significant amount of paint, and managing the delivery schedule kept everything running smoothly.
Results:
The project was completed within the two-week timeframe, and the refreshed color scheme has given the retail center a modern, welcoming look. The upgraded exterior now stands out with a durable finish that will last, making the center more attractive to visitors and helping to draw in new customers.
