HarborChase of Villages Crossing Painting Project in Lady Lake, FL
HarborChase of Villages Crossing is located at 13517 NE 86th Ct Lady Lake, Florida. HarborChase of Villages Crossing is an assisted living community that provides customized care and support to individuals who need a little extra assistance in their daily lives.
CHALLENGES:
This was a Commercial-Interior project, and we were hired to paint all walls, part of the ceilings, crown and chair rail, baseboards, doors, and door frames. We also removed wallpaper in the dining room and we completed minor drywall repairs in the upper hall and resident lounge.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT
Protecting the building
We used plastic and tape to cover and protect all the surfaces and the furniture that couldn’t be moved. We also used tarps and tape to cover the floor.
Painting in progress
Our team used long paint roller extensions and a scissor lift to get all the details of the harder to reach surfaces.
PROJECT TIMELINE
We completed the project in a little over 3 months during the holiday season.
THE FINAL RESULTS
The client loved the completed look of the building after the crew cleaned up and cleared away the tarps and tape. The new colors gave light and life to the interior and will be enjoyed by residents for many years to come!
