I’ve been in the home improvement world since 1996, and somewhere along the way I found what I truly love most about the paint industry: the people. Painting isn’t just about changing colors on walls—it’s about transforming spaces and creating an experience that customers actually enjoy. I take a lot of pride in delivering great experiences not only for our customers, but also for our employees and painters, because when the team feels supported and valued, the work shows it. And beyond the job itself, one of the most rewarding parts of what I do is finding ways to give back and stay connected to the community that supports us.
Honestly, I think I was destined for this industry long before I ever realized it. When I was seven years old, my mom asked my brother and me to paint the white picket fence in our backyard. Let’s just say the fence didn’t get nearly as much paint as we did—we ended up covered head to toe in white paint, brushes in hand, looking like two little paint-covered bandits. My mom snapped a picture of that moment, and to this day it’s still one of my favorites. It’s a reminder that painting has always been part of my story, and now I get to live that passion every day while helping people, building strong teams, and making a difference one project at a time.
