When I was younger I never thought I’d be helping people to imagine their home improvement goals. I grew up with a completely different life path in mind, to entertain others on the big screen. I had a case of the acting bug and loved to make people laugh. Well, as the saying goes “if you want to make God laugh, tell him your plans”. I spent some time serving our country in the U.S. navy. Since then, I have been in customer service most of my working life and have found that
everyone wants one simple thing when doing business with someone else: to be listened to.
I want to give our customers that extra special experience and results exceeding their expectations. I have found that customer service and entertaining are very similar fields, and I find great joy in making those around me happy, even if it’s just by finding the right color for their kitchen.
