Caution Marking Restoration in Denver’s Coca-Cola Distribution Center
The professionals at CertaPro Painters® of Denver, CO enhanced the warehouse’s safety measures by making floor markings, striping, and bollards in high-traffic areas more visible once again for the center’s employees.
Scope of the Project:
CertaPro Painters of Denver completed a two-day project at the Coca-Cola Distribution Center in Denver, CO, in October 2024. The scope of work included striping, bollard repainting, and high-traffic area painting, all executed while the facility remained operational. The facility, a high-volume distribution and warehouse center, had deteriorated safety markings, faded striping, and worn bollards, creating navigational challenges and safety concerns for employees and equipment operators.
To address these issues, the team applied high-performance, industrial-grade coatings to restore visibility and durability to critical safety features. Freshly painted striping improved traffic flow and organization, while newly coated bollards reinforced impact protection in high-risk areas. The result was a safer, more organized facility that meets the demands of a fast-paced distribution center. With improved visibility and durable coatings, the Coca-Cola Distribution Center now benefits from enhanced safety, efficiency, and long-term performance in its high-traffic work zones.
Challenges and Solutions:
The warehouse was operational during this project. By using quick-drying, low-odor paints and working in phases during low-activity periods, the team minimized disruptions and ensured seamless operations. Close coordination with Swire Coca-Cola’s facility managers, clear communication, and effective traffic control measures helped maintain productivity throughout the project.
