In 2022, CertaPro Painters® of Denver, CO completed a painting project at the Wind Crest Retirement Community in Littleton, CO. The property consists of 12 residential buildings with multiple-floors, offering services ranging from independent living to memory care.
Scope of the Project:
Scope of the Project: The property, located in Highlands Ranch, CO consists of 12 multi-floor residential buildings.. The project lasted 6 weeks and focused on updating the exterior paint, as the colors had faded over time and the stucco surfaces needed a refresh. The team painted to match the existing colors, ensuring consistency throughout the property.
Challenges and Solutions:
Special challenges included working on a steep hillside, which required the use of a 120-foot boom lift and an 85-foot articulating lift to access difficult areas. Care was taken to avoid damaging the landscaping and sprinkler systems during the process. Despite the challenges, the project was completed successfully, restoring the community’s exterior appearance.
