A Fresh New Look: Revitalizing the Exterior of The Barrington Apartments in Denver
In 2017, the professionals at CertaPro Painters® of Denver, CO took on a commercial painting project at The Barrington, a 12-story mid-rise apartment building located at 909 Logan Street. The project lasted two months and involved a full exterior painting of the entire building, including trim and balcony railings.

Scope of the Project: At the time work began, the building’s exterior had not been painted in many years, resulting in faded colors and peeling paint. Our experts assessed the needs of the client, and planned a full exterior painting to include trim and balcony railings.
Challenges and Solutions:
A major challenge of the project was reaching the top floors, which required the use of a 120-foot boom lift. Additionally, the team had to carefully navigate around electrical power lines in the alley to safely access the building’s exterior. Despite these challenges, the project was completed successfully, giving the building a refreshed and updated appearance.
