In May 2020, the experts at CertaPro Painters® of Denver, CO completed a project for Embassy Suites to help them restore their building’s exterior to a flawless finish after the installation of new signage.

Scope of the Project: The commercial painting project took place in Denver, CO, at the Embassy Suites Hotel near Denver International Airport in May 2020. The project had a quick turnaround, completing in just one week. The facility required some surface work before painting, including stucco patching to address wall repairs and old mounting holes from a previous sign. The patched areas needed to blend seamlessly with the existing surface to ensure a uniform look. Additionally, new paint was applied to the field area behind the hotel’s letters and logo.
Challenges and Solutions:
A major challenge was ensuring the patches matched the existing stucco surfaces, which required precise work to maintain the building’s aesthetic. The project also involved the use of an 85-foot boom lift for access to higher areas of the building. Despite the challenges, the project was successfully completed within the timeframe, enhancing the hotel’s exterior appearance.
