CertaPro Painters of Denver completed an exterior painting and staining project for the Evergreen Fire Department Administration Building in May 2025. This project marked a continuation of work for a valued returning client, with the scope focused on addressing the remaining exterior areas not covered in the initial phase.
The work included refinishing stained soffits and fascia, repainting previously painted clad windows, and coating metal doors, balcony railings, and rear metal doors. A lift was required to safely access elevated entryway ceilings and high soffit areas. All preparation followed CertaPro’s standard level of surface preparation, ensuring strong adhesion and a uniform, professional finish.
Challenges and Solutions
Access and precision were key challenges for this project. The entrance ceiling areas required lift equipment to reach tight spaces safely while maintaining a clean, controlled work area around an active municipal facility. Prior to coating, all previously painted clad windows were thoroughly wiped with denatured alcohol to remove contaminants and ensure proper adhesion.
A sample stain was applied to the soffit areas for client approval before the final finish coat—demonstrating CertaPro’s commitment to transparency, quality control, and alignment with the client’s expectations.
