Challenges and Solutions
This project required thoughtful planning and precise execution to navigate several challenges. Working at height and around occupied units demanded close coordination with tenants to safely access balconies with minimal disruption. The crew operated a 125-foot boom lift to reach upper-level railings, taking extra precautions to protect turf and landscaping from the weight and movement of heavy equipment.
In addition, some balcony railings required welding and repair due to deterioration from salt exposure. These issues were addressed on-site prior to painting, ensuring that all metalwork was structurally sound and ready for coating.
