Commercial Building Painting Project in Denver, CO

Polo Club Condominiums

This commercial case study highlights a project completed at Polo Club Condominiums, a 21-floor residential building located at 3131 E Alameda Avenue in Denver, CO. The project took place in 2023 and was completed within 10 weeks. The building’s interior had not been painted in several years, and the common areas across all floors were in need of a fresh, brighter coat of paint. The work involved drywall repairs, priming, and painting, with particular attention given to the building’s open atrium design. Special care was taken to ensure the retaining walls on each floor were painted without causing disruption to the floors below, requiring plastic masking and skillful painting techniques.

The project was completed during regular business hours, with accommodations made for the building’s residents to ensure minimal disruption. CertaPro provided full-service painting, including prep, painting, cleaning, and dumpster removal. Despite the challenges of working in an occupied building, the project was successful, and the customer was extremely satisfied with the results.
