Commercial Painting Project in Denver, CO

Revitalizing the Rockies’ Path – A Freshly Painted Tunnel for Game Day Glory!

In 2018, a painting project was completed at Coors Field in Denver, CO, focusing on the lower-level tunnel from center field to the third base dugout and the main level concourse walls. The project lasted two weeks and aimed to enhance the appearance of previously bare concrete walls.

Scope of the Project:

The scope of work involved applying masonry primer followed by a top-coat paint to improve durability and aesthetics. The project successfully refreshed the previously drab areas, creating a more polished and welcoming environment for the fans as well as players and staff.

Challenges and Solutions:

A major challenge was the tight schedule, as the work needed to be completed before Opening Day. To efficiently reach higher surfaces, the team utilized a 20-foot scissor lift, ensuring all areas were properly coated.
