Church Renovation Project in Denver, CO
In November 2019, a Denver church needed the finishing touches applied to its newly constructed space. All walls and ceilings required a fresh coat of paint to match the fresh feeling of the facility. CertaPro Painters® of Denver, CO accepted the assignment for the 92,000 sq. ft. space. Even though CertaPro’s team was working on a limited amount of time, total renovation transformed the church into a gorgeous new area to congregate. CHALLENGES:
Large projects contain their own set of challenges. Coordination among the team and communication with the customer are paramount. Specific types of equipment is also normally required to finish the project on time.
CHALLENGES:The renovation required attention to both walls and ceilings. These high areas required lifts for completion. The youth room also had a new design applied to the walls where a laser was necessary for a crisp look.
CONDITIONS:
- New Structure – The church space was a new location, requiring high standard painting to match the fresh nature of the new area.
- Bare Walls – The walls were new, where a full coating was necessary to complete the project.
- Bare Ceiling – The ceilings were new, also requiting a full cover to finish the task
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
- Prep – The area was lasered, taped, and fully equipped to complete the project
- Paint – All walls and ceilings were primed and painted to add to the look of the new location
