Before joining CertaPro Painters® of Dayton, Jake Banks worked in the project management and customer service field for over 10 years. In his current role, as Director of Operations, he works with our customers and crews to build long-lasting relationships and ensure quality results are consistently delivered. One of his favorite things about working for CertaPro Painters® of Dayton is the company culture and all of the amazing teammates he gets to work with it on a daily basis.
Jake was born and raised in the small town of Arcanum, OH. He still resides in Arcanum with his wife and three children. He loves being involved in the community and helping with youth development. Jake is also currently serving on the city council.
When you’re not working, how do you like to spend your time?
I spend time with my kids and wife. We love eating at our local restaurants!
What would you most like to tell your younger self?
Keep working hard even when the times get rough, it will get better. Trust yourself more.
What’s your favorite way to give back to the community?
I serve on my local city council and I also do outreach projects through my church.
What’s the best vacation you’ve been on?
St. Martin with my wife and co-workers. It was so rewarding and relaxing.
