Lin began working at CertaPro in 2013 and became a partner in 2018. He previously worked in several sales roles in the automotive and animal industries. Lin says his favorite part about being a business owner is, ​​”the ability to work with people directly and watch them grow and evolve.” To him, the hardest part about being a business owner is knowing that he can not fix everything, but he’s thankful that he has a great team on which he can lean to consistently deliver great results for every client.

Lin feels a deep sense of commitment to the communities in and around Dayton. He was born and raised in Beavercreek, now lives in Springboro and has worked extensively with residents and businesses throughout the greater Dayton area. “I love driving through Dayton and the surrounding areas and seeing all of the projects we’ve worked on. I’m really proud of my team and the work we’ve done, and it is really special seeing how our footprint has spread across the communities we serve,” he says.
