IPL Industrial in Urbana, OH was seeking professional painters to help them transform their existing space’s interior and update the exterior with the company’s new color scheme. This included painting walls, ceilings, doors, brick, metal, and trim surfaces. One of their primary goals was to select a trusted partner to help them refresh their building. The project posed some unique challenges, including the need to operate around high voltage areas and work on a specific painting schedule to ensure there were minimal disruptions.

Challenges:The main challenge our team faced while completing this project was having to paint near high voltage areas and making sure our team was aware of semi-truck arrivals and departures at all times. By doing this, we were able to ensure there were no disruptions to deliveries or pickups.
Another challenge our team navigated was working alongside an epoxy floor company. While we painted the walls and ceiling, they were implementing new floors around the same time.

- Repainting the entire exterior
- Coordinating and working alongside other companies, like the epoxy floor one, who were also making updates
Project Involvement:
- Plan: Working with the client to understand their unique needs and how we could best complete the exterior painting and interior transformation within their time constraints.
- Paint: Using Sherwin Williams ProIndustrial on the interior walls and dryfall on the ceiling. Then, on the exterior of the building, using PPG Acri-Shield.
