Enterprise Glenway Painting Project
In December 2025, CertaPro Painters® of Dayton, OH, located in Cincinnati, Ohio, completed a targeted interior refresh at Enterprise Glenway #3806. The location serves as a neighborhood car rental branch situated along Glenway Avenue in Cincinnati’s West Side, a busy commercial corridor that connects surrounding residential communities with downtown. Surrounded by restaurants, shopping centers, and service businesses, the branch sees consistent daily traffic from both local residents and travelers in need of short term transportation.
Over time, the interior of the facility had begun to show visible signs of wear. The existing paint had faded and become discolored, making the space feel less bright and less welcoming for customers entering the office. For a business that relies on quick service and a strong first impression, the outdated colors and worn finishes made the interior feel behind the times and in need of a professional refresh. Updating the space with new paint helped modernize the environment, creating a cleaner and more polished appearance that better reflects the company’s professional brand.
SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:
The project focused on refreshing key interior areas of the Enterprise Glenway #3806 location while addressing damaged surfaces that had developed over time. Work began with light drywall repairs, primarily targeting damaged corners and areas surrounding a recently replaced key lockbox. These sections were carefully patched and prepared to create a smooth, uniform surface before painting could begin.
Once repairs were completed, the surfaces were prepped and painted to restore a clean, updated appearance throughout the office area. The new coatings helped brighten the interior and modernize the space, creating a more welcoming environment for customers and employees while improving the overall professional appearance of the facility.
In addition to the office space, the project included work in the facility’s detached car wash bay. Due to the constant exposure to moisture and cleaning chemicals in this environment, the wash bay required a specialized coating system designed for durability. The walls were thoroughly scraped, cleaned, and prepared to remove contaminants before applying an industrial two part epoxy coating.
Proper surface preparation was essential to ensure the epoxy system would bond correctly and provide long term performance. The finished coating created a clean, durable surface that is easier to maintain and capable of withstanding the daily wear and demanding conditions of the wash bay environment.
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT:
Standard preparation and painting tools were used throughout the project. Additional preparation equipment was required in the wash bay area to thoroughly scrape and clean the walls before applying the industrial epoxy coating system.

The completed project refreshed both the office interior and the detached wash bay at the Enterprise Glenway #3806 location.
