With nearly 20 years in the painting industry across both sales and operations, BJ serves as a Commercial Production Manager with CertaPro Painters of Indianapolis and Dayton. His extensive background in paint has given him a strong foundation and contributed to his success in the role. While he takes pride in the work he does, everything starts with his family.
BJ is married to his high school sweetheart, Shannon, and they’re about to celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary. He’s also a proud Dad to three amazing kids which are the reason behind his work ethic and drive. Family is everything to him.
Outside of work, BJ enjoys spending time at home with his family and listening to a wide variety of music, especially 90’s hip hop. If he were ever stuck on a deserted island and could only bring one thing, it would be a radio. He and his family also have a passion for animal rescue, having two adopted dogs of their own and 10 puppies fostered over the past five years.
He believes in working hard, being honest, and doing things the right way, because the same values that guide him at home are the ones he brings to every project.
