CertaPro Painters® of Dayton was recently hired by the management of the Chapel Hill North Shopping Center in North Carolina to renovate their exterior and parking lot with professional line striping services. About the Project
When did the project take place?
We completed this job in May/June 2023.
How long did it take from start to finish?
We had 2.5 weeks of production time.
What did the project involve (painting, drywall, light carpentry, etc.)?
Striping: We painted parking stalls, disability access stalls, bollards, curbs and added shark grip to all paint for traction.
Commercial Painting: we powerwashed the entire shopping center and then completed carpentry work which included wood replacement of both siding and trim as needed. We then painted all trim, siding, and the metal awnings. Our final step was to restripe the parking lot.
Did the project require any special equipment or techniques?
We utilized a 60’ boom lift in order to safely paint the awnings and used a 3500S Line Striper for the parking lot work.
Do you work outside of the Dayton community?
While we are based out of Dayton, Ohio our commercial team completes projects throughout the Midwest and southeast regions regularly. The Chapel Hill North Shopping Center is one of several jobs we’ve completed in the Carolinas already this year.
