Specialty Priming & Painting: Applying a full shellac primer to eliminate smoke odors before repainting the entire unit

Challenges:

• Permit & Inspection Delays: The extent of the damage required significant coordination with local authorities to acquire necessary permits and pass inspections, impacting project timelines.

• Demolition Logistics: Dumpsters were required during the demolition phase to remove fire-damaged materials efficiently.

Despite the initial hurdles with permitting and inspections, the project was completed successfully and restored the unit to a like-new condition.
