Spanning across 7 garden buildings, 18 townhouse buildings, a clubhouse, a poolhouse, and a shed, this large-scale commercial project involved thorough preparation, significant carpentry and stucco repairs, and expert application of Sherwin-Williams paints. Over the course of two months, our team meticulously restored the property’s exterior, enhancing its visual appeal and reinforcing its structural integrity. The result was a refreshed, vibrant complex that exceeded the client’s expectations.

Project Scope
CertaPro Painters of Columbus, Ohio, took on a large-scale commercial project at Stoney Creek Apartments in Reynoldsburg, involving exterior renovations across 7 garden buildings, 18 townhouse buildings, a clubhouse, a poolhouse, and a shed. The scope of work included:
- Preparation: Power washing, caulking, scraping, and protecting areas not painted, along with priming wood and stucco surfaces.
- Carpentry & Building Repairs: Approximately 2,500 linear feet of carpentry was replaced, including damaged sheets of T1-11 products, vents, and stucco repairs. Additionally, repairs were made to several chimney stacks.
- Painting: We used high-quality Sherwin-Williams products to paint the property, ensuring durability and a fresh appearance for each building.
Duration of the Project
The project took two months to complete, with our team working efficiently to handle the multiple buildings and ensure a flawless finish.
Equipment and Techniques
To reach areas that weren’t accessible by ladder, we utilized specialized lifts, allowing us to complete the work safely and efficiently.
