Tim was a State qualifier twice in tennis for doubles at Shawnee High School in Lima, Ohio. After Highschool he worked for his brother Kevin in Columbus, OH who was running a College Pro Painters franchise, he worked for him as a crew lead doing exterior painting.
After that summer he attended Apollo Career Center in Lima, Ohio where he was trained in welding and pipefitting. 1 year later he worked in welding and machine moving for a contractor that worked through Honda, installing and placing large factory machinery.
Tim also worked in basement waterproofing, and had a year and a half stint as a personal assistant to a nightclub owner in the Short North area of Columbus Ohio.
He joined CertaPro/Capital in 2021 as a Sales and Production Assistant on the Residential and Commercial sides. From there he worked his way up to operations fully on the commercial Capital renovation side of the business. His responsibilities include overseeing renovation unit turnover management on multiple sites, customer/property communication and crew management of all of the renovation crews.
Tim lives with his Wife and Daughter in Whitehall, Ohio.
