Flannery graduated from THE Ohio State University in 2015 with a Bachelors of Science, majoring in Animal Sciences. Post-graduation, she spent 8 years working in Animal Education, specializing in Avians and working at various Free-Flight Shows across the country including at World Bird Sanctuary, Milwaukee County Zoo, Stone Zoo in Boston, Florida State Fair, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom. As a passionate bird nerd and educator, she would present shows to hundreds of guests interpreting behaviors while simultaneously training parrots, eagles, hawks, owls, cranes, corvids, vultures, etc. After taking a variety of personal/professional development courses, she began to assist coworkers on career and emotional growth. As an Ohioan at heart, she left the animal-field professionally to move back to Columbus and decided to pursue Professional Development as a career. She worked as an IT Recruiter with Vaco Columbus and recently joined the CertaPro Columbus Team as an Office Administrator/Digital Media Manager.
In her spare time, she is an Apprentice Falconer, avid video game player, and proud Ohio State Buckeye/Cincinnati Bengal
