Prior to joining the CertaPro Columbus Team in 2022, Flannery worked with many different species of birds in educational free-flight performances at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Although she gave up working with the birds as her full-time job, she now spends her free time as a Falconer, educates the public on birds of prey in classes, and of course talks about birds to anyone who will listen.
At CertaPro Columbus, she helps our customers navigate the financial side of the project as well as directs calls to the appropriate staff. She’s always eager to assist customers and does her best to be responsive to all emails.
