Townhome Complex Painting Project in Worthington, OH
In September of 2018 we completed a painting project for a large townhome complex consisting of 34 building Off of State Route 23 in Worthington. Many of the front wood railing systems, posts, and rear fences had sever wood rot problems. Additionally many of the door frames had decorative trim that needed replacement, and the colors of the paint on the exterior of the buildings was faded to time and weather.
The project included painting and carpentry work for all 34 buildings. Work included painting or repair of siding, soffits, fascia, wood window trim, porch and balcony ceilings, balcony rails, doors, door frames, shutters, fences, and gates. We also did similar work on many of the shared buildings and structures including the maintenance building, mailboxes, gazebos, carports, and the dumpster surrounds.
