Healthcare Project in Columbus, OH
Liberty Dialysis is a 11,000 square foot facility to the east of Columbus. The building’s exterior was in a state of disrepair, provoking the need for CertaPro Painters® of Columbus, OH to assist in the refinishing efforts.
The building required small repair and preparation to a variety of substrates. CertaPro’s professionals treated CMU, EIFS, metal caps, drywall, and tile. The glazed tile paint had widespread peeling, while water damage was prevalent near the porch flashing and ceiling as well.
Projects of this magnitude tend to have their own unique set of hurdles. Communication among the team and coordination with the facility’s administration was paramount. Liberty Dialysis also sits in a high-traffic area without the ability to close off sections due to the medical nature of the facility and the paramedic flow in and out of the building.

Before the project began, CertaPro’s team took pictures of the building’s exterior. The worn appearance along with peeling and fading areas left a lot of room for improvement to the healthcare facility. CertaPro also addressed the water damage that was beginning to be problematic around the flashing and ceiling.
THE FINAL RESULT
After the project was complete, CertaPro Painters® gathered images of the improved building exterior. Small sections were repaired and prepped for paint. The exterior was then finished with a professionally applied paint coating to bring the facility’s appearance back to the life.
