Health and Safety Project in Westerville, OH
In April 2019, The administration of Safex, Inc. contacted CertaPro Painters® of Columbus, OH to help improve the conditions of their building’s exterior. Paint was faded and peeling, bollards were rusted, and the block mortar was beginning to deteriorate. The commercial property butted up against residential zoning, providing some added motivation to ameliorate the exterior of Safex, Inc.
The project required proper team coordination to complete the updates in an efficient and professional manner. Small repairs like mortar restoration and rust removal were finalized before painting could begin. During prep, CertaPro’s team also applied some preventative rusting agents to the bollards.
Before finishing the project with a fresh coat of paint, color rendering proposals were provided for final color selection. The approval process with the city was thorough and timely, allowing CertaPro Painters® to complete the enhancements in an expeditious manner.
